Painting is a cornerstone of surface coating.
This doesn't just have optical functions. Of course, a well-executed paint job should please the viewer's eye, but it has even more to offer: a good paint job should also feel good, protect the component from external influences or even conceal minimal surface defects.
As a long-standing expert with extensive experience and references, H&B Lackierwerk Bersenbrück has set itself the goal of harmonizing and perfecting all of these factors.
Cost-effective and quantity-based performance capability
Components with large surfaces in large batch sizes receive a high quality finish using our extremely high capability painting line which can handle high levels of throughput. Our systems unify surface activation and the possibility of wet painting (for primer and finish coat).
We are able to fulfil the requirements of customers for cost-effective and large quantity related capabilities with the highest quality standards. We can variably adapt control of the painting line according to the wishes of our customers.
A matte or high gloss painting optic can be achieved as well as a metallic effect. Today you'll find already a large number of automotive interior parts that have been through our painting lines.
For high gloss applications our new and especially for that purpose surface painting line can handle large batch sizes. In this area we'll gladly work out a customised and comprehensive solution for you.
...the robot does it!
Robotic painting is used when high-quality surfaces with complex component contours need to be painted in large series.
We currently have three robot painting systems in use. Our robot system with 6-axis technology can be adapted to the technical requirements of the workpieces through item-specific programming. In this way, we guarantee our customers that the quality of the component coating can be reproduced at any time.
In addition, our new, modern robot painting system was put into operation in 2016 on a production area of around 1500 m². Thanks to a temperature-controlled, air-conditioned air balance, integrated CO2 pre-cleaning and integrated surface activation, it is optimized for high-gloss and UV painting. It allows professional painting in both vertical and horizontal positions on components with dimensions of up to 1.4 m..
Manual painting and coating with industrial quality
For high quality surfaces in small to medium size batch sizes, or for complex surface contours, expert manual painting is the optimum solution. Here it gets down to expert manual coating as well as adaquate material preparation. Up to 3 coats of paint, e.g. for high gloss applications, are possible in this segment. For series painting and coating, we use a modern 2K mixing unit for the material so that reproducible, uniform automatic quality is assured from the first parts to the last.
