Pre-treatment

In certain cases it is common to subject the part to a necessary technical pre-treatment, which we do first before the painting or coating process in order to assure top quality.

In addition to cleaning (e.g. using Powerwash)
this may include:

• Grinding,
• Fill grinding or
• Part masking.

If necessary, we of course carry out a surface activation so that the paint firmly bonds to the surface.

Appropriate and careful pre-treatment is the essential basis for high quality painting and coating.
